Getting Started
Endpoint control and asset recovery for company devices: a device inventory paired with a lightweight Live Agent for locating, locking, and messaging a device in real time when it's lost or needs attention.
Create an account, then add your first device from Devices → + Add Device. See the Knowledge Base for full setup steps.
Not currently. Every user signs in directly with an email and password.
Devices & the Live Agent
No, device inventory works standalone. The Live Agent is an optional layer that adds real-time commands to a device that's already in your inventory.
Locate, Lock, Message, and Ping. See Using the Live Agent for what each does.
Not yet. Governed remote wipe isn't implemented today. Only Locate, Lock, Message, and Ping are real commands, so don't rely on RESEEKiT! for wipe as part of a recovery plan yet.
Generate an enrollment token from the device's page or Settings → Enrollment Tokens, then provide it when installing the Live Agent. See Agent Enrollment for the exact steps.
Offboarding & Recovery
Track it through Offboarding → + New Offboarding. It records which devices are owed back and how each was recovered or resolved.
Yes, every command, enrollment, and status change appears in the organization-wide Audit Log.
